• A graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, Bill began his career as a professional mechanical engineer. In 1979, he founded the Palm Desert Air Conditioning and Heating Co.. After turning over the company to his son, Adam Hill, Bill enjoyed a brief retirement before passing away in 2001.
• Adam Hill graduated from the University of Southern California in 1991 with a degree in business administration. He ran the family company for more than five years. Sadly, in 2005, Adam also passed away.
• An integral member of our staff since the beginning, Elaine Hill continues to run the company her husband Bill founded. Elaine is committed to providing excellent service with our 100-percent customer satisfaction guarantee.
• In addition to our strong family commitment, we credit our lasting success to our loyal team of co-workers. Our service manager, William "Lin" McCoy, has been a valued member of the staff for more than 23 years.
